Executive Search Options
This information outlines the terms of agreement for which Management Recruiters of Harleysville, Inc., will perform a search for your firm.
Management Recruiters of Harleysville, Inc., can conduct the search based on a RETAINED, PRIORITY, or CONTINGENCY basis. The variations of these three alternatives is listed below in priority order.
It is based on the immediacy in which you need to fill the position and our commitment to your company to complete the search assignment. Our goal is to complete the search in the most cost effective and expedient manner.
RETAINED SEARCH:
When conducting an exclusive retained search our fee is twent-five percent (25%) of first year's compensation (including salary, bonus and incentives).
The fee will be due in three parts: 1/3 NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE due up front, 1/3 due upon presentation of short list of candidates and the remaining balance due Thirty (30) days after candidate presentation.
The client may cancel this agreement in writing at anytime, but such an event shall not entitle the client to a refund of any portion of the fee which has already been paid.

PRIORITY SEARCH:
On a priority basis our fee is thirty percent (30%) of first year's compensation (including salary, bonus and incentives). An engagement fee of $5,000.00 will be due upon signing of this agreement. This amount will be deducted from the final fee and an invoice will be sent when the candidate accepts employment. The balance of the fee becomes due within ten (10) days of the candidate's start date. The client may cancel this agreement in writing at anytime. Such an event shall not entitle the client to a refund of the engagement fee.

A project coordinator is assigned to the client until the position is filled. |

Candidate exclusivity is for thirty (30) days. |
CONTINGENCY SEARCH:
On a contingency our fee is thirty percent (30%) of first years compensation (including salary, bonus and incentives). The fee will be invoiced when the candidate accepts employment, and full payment shall be due ten (10) days from start.

Your search will compete for time with other searches in progress. You can expect the same quality but results may take a longer. |

Your candidate may be presented to another firm by one of our associates. |

Although we do not guarantee success, we have an excellent track record and considering our current commitments, we believe we can deliver to your satisfaction. |
A Negotiated Fee Structure is offered for companies seeking an extended partnership with MR of Harleysville and where multiple searches are requested exclusive.
