Robert W. Eschenbach
Managing Director
Mr. Eschenbach brings to MRI a successful professional background with over 17 years of sales and marketing management experience in the independent power and technical-equipment industries. He holds a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also completed selected MBA courses from Drexel University.
He has managed marketing and communications departments and has personally sold and negotiated multi-million dollar power projects. Because of his diverse career in the energy industry, he is in a unique position to understand your exact requirements for exceptional talent. His technical background and commercial experience are essential components in understanding your specific needs for highly specialized skill sets.
Prior to starting Management Recruiters of Harleysville, Mr. Eschenbach made significant contributions as a sales and marketing executive with Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) and Cogeneration Partners of America.

As a sales and marketing professional, I've been in the "people" business since 1981. During those years I've worked closely with people at all levels from recent college grads to company Presidents. My most important job is to carefully listen to my clients and candidates and find a solution to their needs.
